How to cook
- We recommend defrosting under running water until fully defrosted (this is the quickest method). For the best taste, place the product in a bowl filled with ice and defrost under running water.
- Alternatively, defrost in a fridge for about 4 hours (time may vary depending upon temperature).
- *If you wish to eat at a later date, put it in a freezer.
- For some products such as tuna and yellowtail, due to the nature of ingredients, if you keep it in your home freezer(- 18°C), the colour of the product could be changed but it is fine from a hygiene point of view.
- Best before date is the date when you keep them under - 45°C, hence, it is best to eat it as soon as possible if you keep it in your home freezer.
